We finally moved and are getting settled in our new house! We left to New York a few days after we had moved in, so it was kind of hard for me to leave, realizing I had so much to get done with unpacking boxes and getting everything organized, but it was such a fun trip that it was definitely worth it! We went with Brian's parents to New York and had such a wonderful time. Brian and I had never been, so it was so much fun getting to be there together and experience the crazy city of New York with each other. It was non stop on the go, trying to soak up everything that New York had to offer. We stayed at the Marriot right on Time Square so we were right in the middle of all the action. I got to experience the subways for the first time, and if it weren't for Brian I would have forsurely gotten us lost a few times.

We went and saw Wicked and Mary Poppins which I had never seen. Wicked was amazing and I finally realized why everyone always said that. I really had no clue what it was even about before. I loved it, and Brian actually enjoyed it too ... I think because he thought the cute little blonde who played Glinda was good lookin!

We had to go to FAO toy store and play the big piano. It is so much harder to play with your feet. These people played a few songs on the piano and it was cool to watch them play, they made it look easy. But when I tried I didn't have much success.
The best part was coming home to these two little rugrats!! This was the first time that I had ever left them before and it was harder than I thought that it would be. At times it was nice and relaxing to be kidless, but then there were times that I would think, oh Brynnly would love this or the kids would have fun doing this?! My mom and Brittni split up the days of watching them and I was so grateful for their help! Thanks. And thank you to my inlaws for the fun times and the great trip to New York! We made many great memories.

And once we got back to our house it was time to start decorating for Christmas!

So fun that you got to go to New York. I'm secretly hoping Chicago is next on your big city stop? Pretty please! I still feel like a tourist on the subways, always something crazy going on in those stinky things. Congrats on the new casa!
