A few weekends ago we went for a quick trip to California for Jenny's baby Shower and it was such a fun time getting together with his sisters. We are all spread out through out the states so it is always fun when we have a chance to be together. Stef is living the life in Utah and just graduated from dental hygiene school, Jen is in California, and Kim is in Wisconsin while her husband is attending law school, and then Becky (who wasn't able to make it down) is living in Ohio and her husband just graduated from dental school this past month. So we cherish the times that we all get to spend together!
And then this past weekend we got the chance to see Jenny and Conor's precious little girl. She was only a week old and I just can't believe how tiny she was. She was truly a little doll!
While we were there we went and walked around Seaport Village and flew kites. It was the perfect day and the weather was great for kite flying. It was Brynnly's first time and she loved it. She kept wanting to fly it by herself, but she couldn't quite catch on to the concept that she had to run the opposite way of the kite, she kept wanting to run towards the kite. But with dad and grandpa's help she did a good job!

Because the weather was a little overcast we ended up canceling the lake trip and had to settle with a trip to the Wild Animal Park.

Looks like the weather was so inviting there- i love the wind and sweatshirts. SO FUN! it's just the start of summer but i'm excited for winter! You're so lucky to have such great inlaws! darling pictures. you comin over soon? loves.
You guys and your animal parks! Can Brett go with you next time? He likes animals. Him and Brynnly can scratch each others faces.
California is so fun to visit. Glad you love your in-laws. It makes things a lot easier.
Oh how badly I want to be in California right now. It sounds like such a blast. And you never told me if what your plans are? I swear you told me once that Brian was going to go to Dental school and now your are building a house????? So AZ for LIFE!! PS...I can't get over how dang cute your kids are. I hope our little one turns out half as cute.
