I got tagged a while back about 7 things that you may not know about me, so here are a few that I came up with:
1. I make rice crispy treats at least once a week late at night. They cure my sweet tooth and they are so easy to make and you don't need too many ingredients. I always have in stock rice crispy's and marshmallows. I buy a ton of different cereals for Brian to choose from for breakfast and the one that is off limits to him is Rice Crispys... they are for making treats, not for breakfast. He learned the hard way.
2. I love salads, but I hate lettuce on anything but in a salad. Ya, I know...weird. I had forgotten about this until Kiersti went to get me Taco Bell the other day and I gave her my order of two tacos no lettuce, and she said " You still don't like lettuce on your tacos, I thought that that was just a kid thing?" Guess not.
3. I can not walk on any floor, carpet, concrete or any ground without shoes on, usually flipflops. I just have never liked the feeling of it on my feet. When I was a diver, I would wear my flip flops right up until it was time to climb the ladder then kick them off so that they would be right there for me when I got out of the pool so I didn't have to feel the concrete. And at night sometimes I get into bed with slippers still on my feet... Brian always makes fun of me for that, but only notices when he is trying to play footsy with me!
4. If I buy a big bag of Peanut M&M's, then it will be finished by the time I lay my head to sleep at night. For this reason, they are banned from being in my house.
5. I am good at memorizing phone numbers, guaranteed if you were my friend from elementary, junior high or high school and we "talked" on the phone then I most likely still have your number memorized, which now is probably still your parents home number. If you were my friend after cell phones came out then that's a different story, I probably couldn't even tell you what the first number is. So if I ever loose my cell phone I will probably have to be calling your parents house number to find out your number.
6. I am not a very emotional girl, but I get emotional very easy. Does that even make sense?! Okay, so to explain. I am not one of those wives who cry to their husbands, moms or sisters, but I am also not afraid to cry in front of anyone. Here is an example: when my friends and I were flying back from EFY and were waiting in the Salt Lake Airport we saw a huge family there holding a sign waiting for their "missionary" to get home. And as he got off the plane I just looked at him looking at his family and running up giving them a hug and I started to cry. I was like 16 then, but I am sure if I saw it today I still would get teary eyed. I guess it's more that I get touched by certain songs, talks, experiences, etc. I have my dad to thank for this.
7. I have always loved to write in my journal, and have my whole junior high, high school, and college experiences documented daily. When I go back and read my entries I now realized that I wrote way too many details, from who I flirted with to who picked me up and we went here and there with. For my friends out there, just in case you ever want to know an exact date that something happened and I was there with you...you know who to call!
Well there are just a few random facts about me. I thought that it was going to be tough to find 7 things that many of you didn't know about me, but once I got going I could have thought of a lot, but glad I was limited to just 7 because I might have given too much info away about myself and all my weird little quirks!

Don't worry Tiff, I still remember your parents phone number too! I can't believe I didn't know you didn't like lettuce. I do the same thing! Anyways, it fun learning new stuff about you!
Hi Tiffany...I haven't seen you for years..back in the MCC days with Colette.
It was fun to look at your blog!
I am the same way about lettuce and people always make fun of me...I like salads but I don't like lettuce on things (I don't like it with HOT meat..ie tacos or hamburgers)..weird!
I don't like to be barefoot anywhere either.
Since I didn't keep a journal in college, I should just get a copy of yours!
Fun list Tiff- i love that I knew 6 out of the 7- just not the one about having to wear shoes- i never realized that! I really should make a copy of your elementary and high school days! Next time i'm down, I am reading them:) love ya
I never finished my degree (I got an associates) because I started having babies!
I still see Colette...I just talked to her the other day and we were talking about how we would ditch that literature class and go to the mall or Bed, Bath, and Beyond...do you remember?
We should for sure get together..that would be totally fun!
I am going to link you on my blog...do you mind?
Tiff, I just love you. It was so fun to read your post. You are a great girl, who is always fun to be around. Sorry, I've been such a flake the last little bit, but I would love to hang our with you. I just got a flood of memories as you being one of my good friends and I will cherish the giggles and memories of growing up around you.
okay you're gonna have to dig down deeper than that to tell me something I don't know about you...those were all great though! I'm so glad you reminded me of the missionary scene at the airport...I had forgotten!haha...hey, were your kids sick last week? we need to do park day soon!
Hey Tiffany you have such a cute blog! My goodness your kids are adorable! I love that everyone has a blog so we can see how everyone is doing. It looks like you guys are doing great! Love your blog.. keep the cute posts comin!
Okay you should have said that you aren't an EMOTIONAL DRAMA QUEEN BASKET CASE but you are sensitive to things. No actually you described it perfectly- totally understood. YOU STILL WRITE IN YOUR JOURNAL?? You are AMAZING girl.
Okay DID YOU REMEMBER THAT WE ARE STILL 100% TWINS WITH OUR LETTUCE FETISH?? I just went to subway the other day and they started putting lettuce on my sub with out asking me, and they had to make me a brand new one b/c I didn't even want any little green critters sticking around. HAHHAHA. BUT I'LL EAT A SALAD ANY TIME OF THE DAY!!
Those were so much fun to read about aunty Tiff- Taylin will love getting to know you better when I read them to her. Heehee.
ps- she just got stung by a bee- it was the most dramatic experience of my life.
COMING OVER THIS WEEK TO SWIM?
pss- don't be alarmed with brynnlys allergies- seriously tiffany...EVERY SINGL PERSON I TALK TO TELLS ME HOW BAD THERES ARE RIGHT NOW. And even people with asthma are struggling. I'm sure it's just a phase- but take her in if you're worried of course.
loves
You are very interesting tiff. I didn't know any of that about you.
I love the journal thing. I just read an article about journal writting in the ensign and I need to write more.
Oh and about the shoe thing is funny. You would freak, I walked barefoot most of the time when walking about in Salt Lake for confrence. It was so cold, my calves were cramping from my wedges so I took them off.
Ha Funny how I know ALL that about you! You used to eat even those blue packaged rice krispie treats everyday at school...remember those flip flops we would wear with those pokey things sticking up out of them? And of course mine were like a man size when I was only in 8th grade, how embarassing. What the crap did we do before cell phones? I think we actually were maybe a little smarter cause we had to use our brain power to memorize. Still know the Russels, Woods, Goodmans, and Germaines #. Ha let's do prank calls.
that is hilarious that you ban brian from eating the rice krispies! haha...and that is so exciting that you guys are building a house!
