Happy New Years!

First picture of the NEW YEAR... 2008... I want to personally thank each one of you in this picture for starting my New Year off with a little more cash in my pocket... I would like to say that I feel a little guilty for taking your money, but then I would just be lying. So THANKS!We played a fun game just right before MIDNIGHT, I can't remember what the game was called but in the end it involved me winning all the money in the pot, so I am a new fan of this game! At this moment, I had wished that more people would have come to the party, so I could have taken their money too. Just kiddin! Thanks guys for starting the New Year off with a bang!We are all a little camera shy... I didn't realize that everyone else had taken off their party hats. Alyssa, I am glad that you save those hats each year, even though they are a little bent and broken they still get the job done! Maybe with my winnings I will buy some replacements for next year
Jumping on the tramp...we're all going to be sore for weeks after this!It looks like we are trying to pick oranges, but we are really trying to coordiate the "Toyota" jump thing... as you can tell, it didn't work out so well.Sisters... Kiersti stopped by the Heap's with her little boy/ friend. She was the one who let me know that I still had my party hat on, guess she was embarrased.

LOVE is in the air... here are a few pictures that I got of some of the couples.
The Hunts- Jamar and Lacie... Living in El Paso, Texas while Jamar goes to school at UTEP and plays football for them. 4 years of marriage and a little pup
The Nelson's- Jon and Krista...still Newlyweds...going on ONE year of marriage!
Me and my lover boy... Brynnly stayed with Grandma and Grandpa and Bryce got to come along to party. Sorry Brynnly, we missed ya....well, kind of!The Russell's - Jake and Brittni... And NO she did not meet her husband at a family reunion and he is NOT related in anyway. She was just lucky enough to not have to change her last name! Going on 7 years of marriage and they have 2 little kids.
The Martin's - Brett and Brooke... going on 6 years of marriage and three little kids, who were truly missed all night long! ...What?! We have kids?! Brett, debating whether or not he should give in to the temptation...What the heck, its December 31st.... the DIET starts tomorrow!
The boys...
Brooke on the drums and Jon on the guitar... he wouldn't let go of that all night. Kris, maybe you should work on teaching Jon how to share! jk And Brooke, we will keep working on the drums! Even these little guys were ready to PARTY all night long! This was about at 1:00 in the morning and we couldn't believe that they weren't asleep yet. They knew something fun must be going on!We ended the night with crepes at midnight...or I guess that would be, we started the New Year with crepes. Either way, they were delicious! Thanks Bob and Deana for making them for all of us. They have been doing this for us since I can remember on New Years. And also thank you for letting us party all night at your house! You would think that we would all be a little more mellow since we are married now and some have children, but it still feels just like highschool when we get together. It was a fun night of plenty of entertainment, food and laughs!I hope that everyone had a HAPPY NEW YEARS!!
